This position will expand company clientele and revenue by maintaining and building relationships through the field and remote sales efforts of our core products and services. This includes conducting on-site discovery and consultative sales meetings. Emphasis will be on K12 and Higher Education sales though we work with all market segments. This position will be in the general Phoenix area. With recently awarded contracts from the State of Arizona this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of this proven team!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers to sell and provide custom Audio-Visual solutions.
  • Respond to sales leads in a professional and timely manner.
  • Overcome customer objections, issues, or concerns as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management.
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services and enhancements.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Discuss and adopt new sales techniques with the Sales Team and by attending webinars, conferences, and trainings.
  • Attend and manage tradeshows and industry events as needed.
  • Organize responses to bids and requests for proposals ensuring appropriate and competitive information is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Enters, verifies, maintains, and corrects data on the computer.
  • Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods.
  • Assuring no damaged items are sent or received.
  • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
  • Inspect the contents of shipments to ensure they are undamaged.
  • Verify packages according to order and packing slips.
  • Contact sales representative or shipping company if a mistake is identified.
  • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
  • General filing associated with warehouse goods in admin role.
  • Update warehouse database with project history.

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our Dallas and Houston office. As an Audio Visual Manager, you will be responsible for the overseeing the day to day operations of both offices. You will work closely with clients to ensure their audio visual needs are met and be responsible for the growth of the territory

Duties:

  • Supervise and manage a team of audio-visual technicians and specialists.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support team

  • Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Experience in supervising configuration and deployment technicians responsible for laptop and PC configuration, specifically Chromebook White Glove enrollment, Windows imaging, Intune, Autopilot
  • Experience in K-12 education environments, specifically student and teacher device configuration and deployment
  • An Interest and desire to learn audiovisual field and technology is highly encouraged.
  • Experience in supervising or conducting warehouse operations, inventory, shipping and receiving, and coordinating deliveries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
